They are trying to time their drive so they don't have to change speed. Sometimes they mis-time their approach. I usually pass them anyways. Why do people you pass always turn their high-beams on at you?

They are trying to shake the tailgaiter that is running up their back...Joe!
I don't know, but what about the drivers who have a green light to make a left turn, but they don't move out far enough then the light turns red and they still don't move?
ARG! Aunt Rachel that would make me mad!
How about people who slow way down and pull wide right to make a left-hand turn, but don't signal?
Then there's those nasty, wicked bicyclists, but that's another story.
Because...now get over it!
